Tired of your NSG370 shifting like crap after 50kmi? So were we!

The oem shift rail guide is a cheap stamped piece of thin steel with an equally cheap injection molded plastic guide for the rails to ride in. When the plastic guide breaks, the rails fall out of alignment and cause the wear pads on the forks to wear at an angle. This leads to partial engagement and popping out of gear issues.

This plate is cnc machined in house from 954 bronze and then the square features are EDM machined locally. It is 1/4" thick where the rails ride to give added support and substantially longer wear life than the oem stamped part.
