The PPE high-performance water-to-air Intercooler adds both style and performance to your truck. The PPE intercooler has increased cooling efficiency due to its all-aluminum Bar and Plate-style construction, superior fin layout, and 50% larger core. PPE has also redesigned the coolant's distribution path to maximize the cooling capacity and efficiency. Cooler and denser charge air can also help reduce exhaust gas temperature (EGTs) and increase fuel efficiency. It also significantly improves the airflow and lowers the frictional pressure drop by 63%, thanks to its flow-optimized, cast aluminum end tanks. 

The PPE Air-To-Water Intercooler kit also includes 304 stainless-steel charge air tubing that is increased to a 3” diameter and fully polished for a custom look. Billet aluminum turbo and throttle connectors with O-rings along with the PPE 5-ply oil-resistant silicone couplers ensure a leak-free seal. PPE also includes W-style Uniform Tension Clamps and even new replacement rubber grommets that will make mounting this kit a straightforward installation.
