The jounce, or bump stop, serves a crucial role in your suspension: It acts as the hard upper limit to stop the wheel, progressively increasing end stroke damping and preventing metal to metal contact. When a vehicle is pushed hard, the bump stop is one of the hardest working pieces of equipment you have and lives a pretty rough life. With many rapidly unscheduled take offs and landings under our wings you can rest assured that this reinforcement bracket gives your front jounce mount the support it needs to survive the unexpected, while directing the load path through the intended OEM contact points.
